Ivory TTS is a UK-based, AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that converts text into natural, high-quality spoken audio. Our service is accessible via our website, enabling businesses and individuals to integrate advanced text-to-speech capabilities into their projects.
2. Usage Terms
- All users receive 10,000 free credits per month (one credit equals one character processed).
- Paid credits do not expire, while free credits will reset monthly.
- Credits are non-transferable and intended for use solely with Ivory TTS.
- Any misuse or excessive consumption beyond the defined rate limits may result in account suspension.
3. Content Guidelines
By using Ivory TTS, you agree not to process any content that:
- Infringes upon any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
- Contains harmful, discriminatory, or hate speech.
- Violates any privacy rights or applicable data protection regulations.
- Is intended for any unauthorized commercial use.
4. Service Availability & Maintenance
We aim for a 99.9% uptime guarantee; however, Ivory TTS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We will endeavor to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
5. Termination
Ivory TTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in abusive or unlawful behavior. Termination of your account will result in an immediate cessation of your right to access and use our service.
6. Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Company refers to the entity behind Ivory TTS, operating from the United Kingdom.
- Service means the Ivory TTS website, API, and any related tools or platforms provided by the Company.
- User or You refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
- Affiliate means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.

When purchasing credits for Ivory TTS, you acknowledge that:
- Paid credits are non-refundable. By buying credits, you accept the inherent limitations of AI-generated speech and understand that variations in voice output may occur.
- You assume all risks associated with the use of the generated audio.

Our Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
